| 4/17/2005 | **Michigan Indoor Electric Championship 2005, Dirtburner's Racing hosted. Well I entered only in stock 2wd truck, the hand out motor sucked and after the first qualifier I rebuilt it and made some adjustments and that seemed to help. What didn't help was the lack of practice and driving time I have had since last years Electric State Race. I did fairly well with that in mind I did qualify 3rd in the D-Main. I am not proud but had fun, I finished 4th by hanging it up on a tube in the last corner to be demoted to 4th by a 10 year-old. Well with the sounds of being ranked 28th in the state for this class sounds good because of the number of these trucks. Lets just not base the 28th place on the actual number of entrants to this event. I really should have done better. NO there where more than 29 entries..... |
