June 17th, 2001: I raced the T-Maxx for the first time !
So below I am keeping track of my results.
The R/C cars I'm involved in racing are:

Sunday afternoon, TMaxx racing, This track is an indoor, off-road dirt course
3 Heats and a Main. T/EMaxx, stadium trucks and buggies. Tight hard surfaced course.

Friday evening Races are 1/10th electric sedans ONLY! The track is a road course
3 qualifying heats, Main according to qualifying position.

2001 Race Results
DATE	Event Description and Results OOOH and a little commentary
11/9/01	**XXXS-S Losi: 4th place/17 laps first heat, second heat got me a 7th place due to battery fire on lap 8. Third heat I finished 3rd with 17 laps. which means the 3rd week of me racing indoor carpet and this car, I made it to 5th position in the C-Main, A 3rd place finish there gets me a 15th of 24 drivers as a final standing position
10/26/01	**XXXS-S Losi: Second try at this indoor carpet racing gets me 4th place in the first heat and 3rd place in the 2nd heat, a broken graphite front a-arm on the first lap of the 3rd heat. I was bummed, which meant another D main, but a second place there. Resulting in a 20th place of 25 drivers.
10/21/01	*Nitro 4-Tec takes first place in 2 heats and the main. The Rustler Takes 1st place in first heat. Battery failure leads to a second place in the second heat. but the final is a win. TMaxx has a first and a second place heat finishes and broke on the line during the main for a 3rd place. XXXS-sedan gets 3rd in the first heat, It was leading the second heat when contact with the boards caused front end failure. OVERALL a rather excellent day
10/19/01	**XXXS-S Losi: First timer, spent first 2 heats adjusting and setting up car with the help of more experienced R/C guys. The third heat I actually finished 3rd. The D main resulted in a 4th place also which translates to 22nd of 25 cars entered. Not bad for my first time indoor carpet racing with a brand new car.
*10/14/01	Rained out
*10/7/01	Rained out during warm-up and registration
*7/29/01	95 degrees 100 percent humidity, I stayed home this weekend
*7/22/01	T-Maxx finished first in both heats, final rained out
*7/15/01	I need to make a better counter weight system. Get the pull starter repaired. Then tune the engine. I think a leaky header gasket maybe the root of this trouble. This Motor is really something. Once under control, It will dominate.
*7/8/01	First Heat against an E-Maxx, unable to keep from flipping over. This motor's new weight and center of gravity and the stinger pipe have changed the way the truck handles. Also a stall w/successful restart but still finished second by 3 laps. Second heat: after counterbalancing the chassis I took the E-Maxx off the line and few the first several laps lead, but engine started acting up and a couple flips, it stalled and restart failed because of pull-start cord be YANKED out of the starter. Unable to repair and make Final Race.
*7/1/01	Wet During Practice, It ran great after being dialed in. Even did a barrier jumping expo. Race time comes and the electric starter on the motor failed. Unable to Compete. No Broken Parts. I did however get to race my Traxxas Nitro 4-Tec.
*6/24/01	Second official race, Well I tried. I was late to register. Well I thought I was on time. They changed the start time to 12 instead of 1PM. No Broken Parts.
*6/17/01	First official race, Well first race with other in my own class. There was only one heat. Due to frequency limitations. I was the overall winner by total laps. No Broken Parts.
